The Beer 5K & 1/4 mile Walk / Tasting is an event that celebrates everything local. Local running, local drinking, and local charities. This event will bring together area microbreweries and the running community to enjoy a fun, athletic event with a relaxing beer tasting after party. The event will be open to the public with options for athletes of all abilities and beer enthusiasts. 5K and 1/4 Mile include the tasting (with the exception of designated driver registrations).

Want to participate but don't drink alcohol. Select the designated driver option during registration and save $5!
Race swag:
5K and 1/4 mile registrants
A short sleeve shirt is included with your registration (if registered by 6/30). Save $5 and select no shirt! Shirts are available in both men's and women's cuts. The women's cut shirts are generally more fitted, so please keep that in mind when ordering. Shirt color and design pending! All participants will also receive a medal, coaster, five drink sample tickets, sample mug, $5 food truck voucher, and Beer 5K stickers. Pics coming soon!
Tasting registrants
Everyone who registers for the tasting will receive 5 drink sample tickets.
Hat and key chain
You can add a Beer 5K hat and key chain to your registration.

4:45 pm - Packet pick up closes
5pm - Tasting opens
5pm - 1/4 mile starts
5pm - 5K starts
6:15pm - Timing stops
8pm - Tasting closes
After race:
Enjoy drink samples from the breweries in attendance (they'll be announced shortly!) and redeem your $5 food voucher! Hang out with friends and enjoy the evening
Parking:
Parking is available in on the street and in some lots around downtown. It is your responsibility to determine if there is a charge for parking.
Virtual participants:
Want to participate in the race but aren't able to attend in person? Register for the virtual option, and a race shirt, medal, sticker, and coaster will be mailed to you after the race. Shipping is included in the price. Submit your time by July 9th at 6pm. Check out this helpful site for info on how to upload your results or send an email to Key Sports!
